This class is perfect for beginners,
those who danced ballet when they were younger and want to give it
another go or dancers who stayed out of practice for some time and
they want to gain back their strength and improve their technique.
The class will teach you the basics of
ballet, working on classical technique, basic postures and movements
of ballet whilst improving core stability, tone, grace, coordination
and technique while improving flexibility and having FUN!!!.
Instructed by Elina Kikili a Qualified
Dance Teacher/Choreographer with more than 20 years of experience, in
a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
She teaches dance with passion and care
for her students focusing on their needs and their best benefit,
always with respect and love.
