1. Don't Download games or other executable programs.

2. Don't Harass, insult or attack others through the internet.

Research and recommend three safety and security precautions which would minimise the risk of the above threats.

Research and recommend three safety and security precautions which would minimise the risk of the above threats.

1. Use a spam filter to stop spam emails coming through to your computer, you can view the spam filter and see what's came in if you were curious some real emails would get blocked.

2. Enable the internet Firewall when using Internet to prevent hackers or malicious programs from gaining access to the computer and gaining access to your private data.

3. Use anti-virus software on your PC to protect against viruses, worms, Trojans, spyware, adware and rogue diallers and prevent unauthorised access to your PC.

Research and explain possible threats to system performance, information security and user safety. Detail at least three areas

1. Unwanted or spam emails.

Spam emails are unwanted or electronic junk mail containing junk text, malware or viruses. They are a threat to your machine as they can contain malware and viruses.

2. Passwords should be kept safe by users and not exposed to anyone but themselves to avoid people seeing private and personal information. Passwords should be complex also to make them even more secure and hard to guess.

3. Malicious programs (including viruses, worms, Trojans, spyware, adware and rogue diallers). Malicious programs is bits of software used or programmed by attackers to disrupt computer operation, gather sensitive information, or gain access to private computer systems. This class includes viruses, worms, Trojans, and other programs used to automatically conduct malicious activity. This is very dangerous and can be prevented by anti-virus.

Join me to this amazing workshop and get a sweet taste of this extraordinary elegant sacred dance form on one of the most sacred days, the day of Navaratri Festival, the Big Festival for Devine Mother!.
28th March, Saturday 5:00-6:30pm
, at The DanceSpace, The Island, Bridewell str, Broadmead, Bristol, BS1 2AG

The history of Odissi dance is almost 2.000 years old. Considered both a classical and devotional dance form, Odissi is graceful and sensuous, expressive and sophisticated
Odissi dance exquisitely portrays the beauty of the sacred feminine, and reflects the ancient spiritual motifs of India’s great tantric temples.
Characteristic posture of Odissi is the Tribhangi, which means "three parts break", where the dancer is moving interdependently the three parts: head, torso and pelvis. The other characteristic posture of the Dance is "Choka" that symbolizes Lord Jagganath where the dancer "breaks" softly the "square" by moving gently the torso and the head.
Stamping of the feet is involved and is very grounding, as well as the use of Mudras, beautiful hand gestures.

In this workshop we will focus more on the Choka steps and we'll learn some of the Mudras (hand gestures) and the positions of the feet (pada vedas). We will warm up and cool down with exercises and asanas from the Odissi tradition and Vinyasa Krama Yoga.
Dress code: sari or salwar kameez (or something comfortable and loose).

Cost: £13 (£10 unwaged and students).

Last night I was invited by the Avon Indian Community Association to perform Rajasthani khalbelia Dance at their Dinner and Dance Party for India's Independence Day.
I was honoured to dance for George Ferguson Mayor of Bristol and some of the most distinguished Indians of Bristol's Indian Community.
 I feel so blessed!

I'm only few days now away from my beloved India and its dances!
Looking forward to meet again my Guru Ji Colleena Shakti, Guru Ji Sudhansu Puhan and Raki to continue learning, to continue improving, to continue offer my body, soul and dancing to The Ultimate Dancer Nataraja or Lord Shiva!
